Agora Villa | St-Martin

Located in the community of Terres-Basses (Lowlands), villa Agora is a modern and spacious villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. This beautiful property was tastefully designed by our architects to offer a calm and unique environment. The villa is nestled on the hillside of the French territory in a secluded area, surrounded by trees and bushes in order to provide complete privacy.

This incredible villa has a spectacular terrace with a full sized overflow pool (5,95 m x 12 m or 19,5' x 40 ') and several lounge chairs. Please note that the pool is heated from October 15 to April 15.  It can be heated for an additional 350$ US plus tax per week from April 16 to October 14.  For warmer days, there is a covered gazebo, perfect for relaxing or sipping on a refreshing cocktail. The outdoor living space also includes a dining table for 8-10 people, a comfortable living area and a BBQ grill to prepare delicious meals.

The interior offers a huge and beautiful living room, kitchen and a sparkling entrance. Designed for space and privacy, you will love the roman and modern style of l’Agora. The living room features a wide-screen TV. Wi-Fi access is provided at no extra cost. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 full size refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

L’Agora includes four air-conditioned bedrooms; all of them featured with a king size bed, a private bathroom and a private garden. The villa is perfect for four couples or a big family. Everyone will enjoy their own privacy in this spacious villa.
